Change in Valve Seats
Yamada Europe would like to inform you that the valve seat for the NDP-20/25/32 and AD-25 will change. Please note these changes will
not affect the corrosion resistance or pump performance at all. Also, the old and new valve seats are interchangeable with each other.
Conventionally, the materials of the valve seats were different, depending on the pump casing materials in the same pump size, -i.e. the valve seats made of SMS1025 were used for aluminum and cast iron pumps, and SUS316 for SS pumps. By new pumps, after the stock will run out, however, the material of the valve seat will become SCS14, regardless the pump wetted-parts materials.
For the following pump models:
– NDP-20BA- & BS-series
– NDP-25BA-, BS- and BF-series
– NDP-32BA
– AD-25A, S- and F-series
