This technical update relates to the current pump types NDP-20 & NDP-25 that have received an improved design adjustment in 2012.
In 2012, Yamada Corporation started producing theNDP-20 and NDP-25 with air chambers that is known as standard. This new air chamber design with grooves has been mounted with diapraghms equipped with integrated O-rings. By this technical update we would like to inform you as from January first 2025 (01-01-2025) we will only sell kits where rubber diaphragms are equipped with the integrated o-rings.From of this date, or if the stock runs out, we will discontinue the selling of diaphragm kits that contain diaphragms manufactured for the old and formal air chamber types of without groove.
Not interchangeable
Please be aware that the diaphragms are not interchangeable. If you still have a pump purchased before 2012 with the old chamber the new kits won’t fit them; you need to purchase new air chambers and put them in your pump. The rubber diaphragms without integrated O-ring will only by available on special request. The article numbers of the new chamber:
